RGN Community, acquired from TitanClan, which in turn was a restructured verison of Mantis Clan, is a gaming community owned by Reliable Game Network. It is known in Sapphire as a community that is full of cancerous memers and power abusers. Due to the acquisition by Reliable Game Network, it seems that the power abusing issue has been somewhat resolved. Jerry is Sapphire's ambassador to RGN, while Pandemic is a member of RGN and a welcomed guest in Sapphire.
