The Fédération Internationale de Soutien Association (FISA; English: International Federation of Association Support) is the judging association of League of Legends support players that is operated by Sapphire. FISA judges all skillshot based support champions by the criteria of the International Blitzcrank Scoring System (IBSS). The IBSS is an invention of the ancient Developers and was first introduced to FISA by Creasingwolf.

When being evaluated by FISA, supports that have an ability classified as a pull or grab are subject to the IBSS criteria listed below:

Gaining points:

  • Pulling/grabbing an enemy champion 1 pt
  • Getting an assist 1 pt
  • Getting a kill 1 pt
  • Last hitting baron, dragon, blue buff, or red buff with pull/grab 5 pts
  • "Amazing play" 2 pts


Losing points:

  • Death to enemy champion -2 pts
  • Death to neutral minion/tower -1 pt
  • Pulling/grabbing enemy minion (including Heimerdinger turrets and enemy champion's minions that come from abilities) -1.5 pts
  • Missing a pull/grab -1 pt
  • For every 5 minutes AFK -1 pt

A pull or grab is the skillshot ability of a support champion that extends either themselves or a part of them to an enemy champion.
