The Get Big Program is series of personal fitness plans. They were created by Bryan, Jerry, and Emanuel in early 2015.
Bryan's program
Bryan's Get Big officially began in the Summer. He did not follow the program every day, but rather every few days. Sometimes he would even skip a few weeks. It initially consisted of weightlifting and basketball practice. As Fall came around, Bryan wanted to add in extra cardiovascular exercise, but the program ended up being scrapped. He intends to roll out a new program titled Mission Impossible starting in mid Fall of 2015.
Jerry's program
Jerry's program is arguably the most Jewish. He does jumping jacks and lifts light weights. Furthermore, he said he will "get jacked by riding a bike to school every day". That final part was not fulfilled.
Emanuel's program
t3sla's (Emanuel) program probably works the best, considering he kinda knows what hes doing. He goes to his college's gym and makes his own specialty shakes.
