Low Orbit Ion Soldiers, stylized LOW ORBIT ION SOLDIERS or LOIS, is a special operations division of Sapphire's Cyberarmy Department. It was commanded by Jimmy Hong up until his retirement from the LOIS, when war lord Captain Creasingwolf of the P15S5 took over the position.
