The Bank of Sapphire is the treasury of Sapphire. It was originally founded by the Community of Sapphire to regulate all transactions within Sapphire with a certain percentage interest. In 2012, Jerry acquired the rights to the bank through unknown means. Jerry set up his Bank of Jerry administration, which imposed unfair taxes on all transactions in Sapphire. After a major scandal, the Community seized control of the Bank. Later on, the Board of Directors secured control of the bank so that another scandal would not arise in a similar fashion to that of the Bank of Jerry scandal.
