Talk To Pets

In Sapphire, a conflict arose when previous Head of Community Caleb Duke heard Mohammad Bhatti talking to his cat. Duke argued that people like Bhatti must be insane for talking to animals. Scientific studies show that animals in fact do learn the way you gesture towards them, thus somewhat justifying what the Talk To Pets side of the argument was trying to say. Duke still opposes this movement.
