The Bank of Sapphire is the treasury of Sapphire. It was originally founded by the Community of Sapphire to regulate all transactions within Sapphire with a certain percentage interest. In 2012, Jerry acquired the rights to the bank through unknown means. Jerry set up his Bank of Jerry administration, which taxed all transactions in Sapphire. After a major scandal, the Community seized control of the Bank. Later on, the Board of Directors secured control of the bank so that another scandal would not arise in a similar fashion to that of the Bank of Jerry scandal.
