The Bank of Sapphire was a department of Sapphire. It was originally created by members of Sapphire to regulate all transactions within Sapphire with a certain percentage interest. In 2012, Jerry acquired the rights to the bank through unknown means. Jerry set up his Bank of Jerry administration, which imposed unfair taxes on all transactions in Sapphire. After a major scandal, the Community and then later the Board of Directors seized control of the Bank. In 2016, upon a brief review, the Bank was closed as a department and its functions were absorbed by the Board of Directors.
