In Chapter 1, the Void begot the Sun and the Earth. The Sun had been inhabited by a spirit known as the Sage of the Sun. The Sage descended upon the Earth and created the Masters to share the Path of Diesel.

In Chapter 2, Gat Almighty had already found his Diesel, while his fellow Masters did not.
