FISA

The Fédération Internationale de Soutien Association (FISA; English: International Federation of Association Support) is the judging association of League of Legends supports. FISA judges all skillshot based support champions by the criteria of the International Blitzcrank Scoring System (IBSS). The IBSS is an invention of the ancient Developers and was first introduced to FISA by Creasingwolf.

IBSS Criteria

Gaining points:

  • Pulling/grabbing an enemy champion 1 pt
  • Getting an assist 1 pt
  • Getting a kill 1 pt
  • Amazing play (subjective) 2 pts

Losing points:

  • Death to enemy champion -2 pts
  • Death to neutral minion/tower -1 pt
  • Pulling/grabbing minion -1.5 pts
  • Missing a pull/grab -1 pt
  • For every 5 minutes AFK -1 pt

Definition of a pull and grab

A pull or grab is the skillshot ability of a support champion that extends either themselves or a part of them to an enemy champion.
