The Bank of Sapphire is a department of Sapphire. It was originally created by members of Sapphire to regulate all transactions within Sapphire with a certain percentage interest. In 2012, Jerry acquired the rights to the bank through unknown means. Jerry set up his Bank of Jerry administration, which imposed unfair taxes on all transactions in Sapphire. After a major scandal, the Community seized control of the Bank. Now, the Bank of Sapphire is managed by the Board of Directors.
