The International Blitzcrank Scoring System, IBSS for short, is used on League of Legends, within Sapphire, to keep track of how well a Blitzcrank, or any other skillshot-based champions, is landing their skillshots. It is an invention of the Developers and was first introduced to the group by Creasingwolf.
